Every Gape product is made from Everflex® flexible polyurethane foam. Its main features include hardness (firmness), elasticity and breathability, which enhance comfort both in sitting and lying positions.
Everflex® is manufactured and cutted in Italy, and it perfectly responds to the most sophisticated needs in the furniture industry.
Cover Fabric Technical Data Sheet
The cover is a velour knit fabric whose surface has been embossed and printed to enhance its appearance.
Both the print and embossing feature irregularly arranged dots, creating an all-over effect. The fabric is incredibly soft to the touch, and the additional reinforcement with a soft backing
increases its comfort, softness, and durability.
The covers are entirely made and cutted in Italy.

Less volume, more sustainability
The choice of polyurethane offers a pivotal competitive advantage: the possibility to ship products under vacuum. This process allows to reduce volume during transport; it also optimizes space in shipping vehicles, minimizes CO₂ impact and reduces logistic costs.
